TAGGED

I was tagged. So I guess that means you all get to know some interesting things about me. Actually they may not be that interesting but you will get to know me better. I decided not to copy and paste the tag that was sent to me and just list some things myself.

1. My family is the most important thing to me.
2. I love music and love to watch bands play. Doesn't really matter what band. I just love to see someone rock out and be passionate about something.
3. I think tatoos are sexy. But not the guy I blogged about. Don't like them on the face. He went overboard. That is just pycho.
4. I have had black hair, red hair, platnuim hair, and have had my head shaved except for a strip of bangs in the front that hung down. (a very attractive look-you are really missing out seeing that one on me)
5. My best buddy is my sister. My kids always ask who my best friend is and I say her. They say you are not allowed to be best friends because you are sisters. But I say that is the best kind.
6. Marc and I were set up on a blind date. I wanted to marry him after that first date. I was in LOVE. I was so excited to meet someone so great. I had dated a lot of duds. They were cute but total losers.
7. I love babies!!! They make me smile. Don't want any more, but I love to hold them and cuddle.
8. I can walk on top of my toes. I tuck my toes under my feet and can walk on them.
9. When I was in gymnastics many years ago I could do a round off back handspring DOUBLE back flip. That is one of my last tricks I learned before I quit. I do have a picture to prove it if anyone questions that one. I have a picture of me in the air doing a flip.
10. When I have a day to myself I almost always go the the bookstore, then to Target and then hit a movie. I love being alone during that time. My life always has so much noise that I embrace not talking for the day. It feels good and when I get home I am ready for all of the questions and hugs from everyone.

That is some fun things about me. Whoever reads this I tag you to give us some fun facts about yourself.

Charlie Bartlett

I went and saw this movie today. Loved it!!! I went alone, and I found myself laughing out loud. The movie deals with antidepression drugs and to me that made it extra funny. I guess you can say I can relate. Even if you can't relate to happy pills (you are really missing out, and I can justify having to take one everyday because I have 5 kids. It keeps me sane) you will still probably find the movie funny. It is rated R but I think that is because of the language. Robert Downey jr. is great in the movie. I give it 2 thumbs up.

IS IT POSSIBLE????

The answer would be yes. We are still sick. I took Lilly to the doctor the other day and he put her on an antibiotic. I was still sick today so I went to the doctor. I got put on an antibiotic. Got a call from Rachel's firtst day back to school in over a week and she was sick. Took her to the doctor today, ear infection. What is up with this? I have been reading everyone's blog but have had no energy to respond. I have been loving them. I like the shelf Joe's 6 footer (ha-ha), I liked the one on really listening to what your kids say, The dream one was cool - I could relate I have the same dream over too, Loved the picture idea that Nate gave you, loved the anniversary post, and I always love reading the ones where someone is tagged. Okay, see I have been reading them. I hope I will have something fun and happy to post soon.

What a week

It started last Saturday when Abby got up. She got up at 1:00 in the afternoon which made me think something was up. She usually gets up by noon. When she came down the stairs she looked terrible. She was running a fever and felt bad. By Sunday we all were down except Marc. This week has TOTALLY SUCKED!!!! I feel like I am back at Woodstock with all of the drugs I'm taking. I caught myself wanting to wear a BBS tie die shirt and a bandanna around my head. I came to my senses and decided to go suductive. That means boxers and a tank. I think Marc wanted me to go back to feeling like I was at Woodstock and have crazy sex with him. They just don't care if you feel sick. Okay, I just read what I wrote and I'm out. No wonder they won't sell over the counter cold medicines to kids. They make you feel loopy. I am loopy.

It's about time!!!!

Just wanted to share with everyone a great new mascarra. It is covergirl LASHBLAST. This stuff has done wonders for my eyelashes. I am so excited to finally find something that works. I have tried all kinds of mascarra in every price range and nothing has worked like this. I bought it because of the big orange tube. It gives my lashes lenght and total fullness. Give it a try. I hope you have as good as luck as I have had with it.

The prize

I picked up the prize I won on the radio a few weeks ago. I got 2 pairs of sweat pants, 2 shirts, a really soft blanket, and the singing machine. I'm sure there will be some good fights to report back to you all about. There will be fights over the blanket for sure and maybe some fist fight over the singing. Someone will get their feelings hurt because someone will say that their singing sucks, or they will fight over who's turn it is. I will keep you all posted. Oh, and for those of you that have not seen my updated look here it is. I got bangs after 15 years. Do I look younger?

Parents influence on their children

I was watching a show on prison inmates and this guys caught my eye. I wonder why. He said that he was raised a skin head. His parents were members of that gang and he followed in thier footsteps. He said that he was taught the beliefs of the skin heads early in life. His parents were tatoo artist and he got his first tat at the age of 13. I wonder what his life would have turned out like had he had somewhat normal parents. He seemed to be a very soft spoken guys. He said that he just wanted to get out of prison and have a normal life like everyone else. I think it is a little late for that.
