My sweet hubby surprised me with a massage this weekend. Just what this old body needed. Training for this race (not until Jan.) is really hard work when you are starting from scratch. Marc believes in me and supports me beyond belief. So, he felt like my body needed some extra attention for the miles I have been putting on it. Anyways, he sent me the Hand and Stone Massage Spa right off of Ray and the 101. They are running a special for $39.00 bucks for a 50 minute massage. Go treat yourself to this. For those of you who have kids at BBS it makes it real easy and close.

I may be doing that this week. I have been feeling the strain from running too; but it's all good.
I may have to go too! I do not feel the strain from running, but from being on my feet all day teaching! I probably should be running to though...
