A post from my sweet sister

My sister posted this about me on her blog and I loved it. I wanted to add it to my blog because I am having my blog for the year converted into a book for keepsakes. But feel free to post something nice about me. ha-ha
happy birthday
Happy Birthday to my best friend and sister. Chrissy is the funniest person I know. One time sticks out in my head the most. We were scrap booking late one night at Recollections and she was p.m.s.ing and not in a creative mood. She packed up and was getting ready to leave early. One of our friends asked if they would like someone to walk her to her car. Chrissy's reply " I dare someone to try to rape me."She is the glue that holds our family together too. She is always in the know of what is going on with everyone's life. I remember when her youngest daughter Lilly was in the hospital for RSV. She was admitted around 9 in the morning and by 9:15 every family member and close friend had been called. Her husband was like, "isn't there anything else you should be doing besides being on the phone with everyone?" She just said, "I would want to know if someone I loved was sick". Chrissy is always mindful of how others may feel and has never let a relationship fail for lack of communication or endurance.Because of these qualities she has always been popular and the life of any party. She was the cheerleader in school who dated the older guys, always knew where the parties were, worked at MGA (before it was Guess?), talked on the phone at all hours (sometimes with an Australian or French accent)....but was never too cool to hang out with her sister that was 9 years younger. I remember going everywhere with my sister and I never felt unwanted. The only fight that I remember us getting into is when I was a sophomore in high school and she was in college. I was making fun of her not doing cheer her senior year because she wasn't "good enough". I knew this was a sore spot because she really was the best cheerleader but didn't get along with the coach. So Chrissy took her big circle k big gulp of diet coke and dumped it on my head. That is seriously the only time I can remember us getting upset with each other. She is also the most popular at BBS too. I love having our kids go to the same school, because we get special treatment being related to the Pulisfers. Chrissy served as PTA president for two years, teacher's appreciation committee, worn the bright yellow safety jacket to direct all the car pool moms, has 5 beautiful children that are in a million activities, loves to run, go to concerts, scrapbook, go to movies alone and countless other qualities that I can only strive for. There is no one else in this world that I love more than my sis!Happy birthday

Happy Birthday! Has it been a year since that awesome birthday party? I totally admire you as a woman and a mother. I'm glad my son can call you his mother from another brother :).
